Return & Exchange Policy
Product Inspection Period
Please Note:
- The inspection period is not a trial period. Returned items must be in new condition with complete packaging
- Products must maintain their integrity, including:
- Main product
- Accessories
- Free gifts
- Warranty card
- Original packaging (bags, boxes, papers)
- All accompanying documents
- Do not disassemble or damage the product
- Original packaging is considered part of the product; loss or damage will affect return rights
- Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned as they lose resale value
Return Application Process
- Contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product
- Provide the following information:
- Name
- Order number
- Contact number
- Product name for return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange and photos
- Customer service will assist you with the return/exchange process
- If you received a paper invoice, please return it with the product

Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made products (unless defective)
- Items beyond the 7-day inspection period
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged by human factors (stains, malfunctions, damage, wear, scratches, dirt, etc.)
- Incomplete product packaging, missing invoices, or accessories
- Malicious or bulk returns
- Reordered identical items after a previous return
※Minor creases in outer packaging that do not affect product quality are not eligible for returns
Refund Process & Methods
Refund Process
- Return the product after obtaining approval from customer service within the inspection period
- Company verifies product integrity upon receipt and initiates refund process
- Refund completed within 5-10 business days
Refund Methods
- Credit Card Payment: Refund will be credited to the original payment card
- Cash on Delivery: Refund will be transferred to your provided bank account
Important Notes:
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer for non-defective returns
- Refund amount will be adjusted for any free shipping or bundle pricing benefits
- For personal-reason returns, only product price is refunded; original shipping fees are non-refundable
