Suspicious Messages
- Unknown web links
- Friend requests from strangers on LINE
- Suspicious SMS content
Common Fraud Tactics
- "Double Order" Scam: False claims about duplicate orders requiring refund procedures
- "Installment Payment Error" Scam: Deceptive requests to cancel installment payments through ATM operations
- "Fake Customer Service" Scam: Impersonating platform support staff to request account information
Security Recommendations
- Regularly update passwords using a combination of uppercase, lowercase letters, and numbers
- Avoid entering login credentials on public computers
