International Shipping

International orders will be shipped via FedEx, SF Express, or Black Cat Delivery. Actual shipping fees will be calculated based on the carrier's rates.

Shipping Methods and Processing Time

Taiwan Region

• In-stock Items:
  • Processing time: 1-3 business days (excluding holidays)
  • Delivery time: 1-3 days after shipment
• Custom-made Items:
  • Processing begins within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays)
  • Production time will be communicated in advance, delivery takes 1-3 days after completion

Note: Order modifications may delay shipping times.

Delivery Details

Home Delivery (Black Cat Express)

• Monday-Thursday orders before 13:00: Same-day afternoon shipment, delivery in 1-2 days
• Friday orders before 13:00: Same-day shipment, delivery in 1-2 days
• Orders after Friday 13:00 or weekend orders: Ships following Monday, delivery in 1-2 days
• Holidays and typhoon days: No shipments, delivery postponed to next business day

Order Tracking

After shipment, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing carrier information and tracking number for your convenience.

Please inspect the package condition upon delivery. If abnormalities are found, you may refuse delivery or accept with conditions noted.

Special Circumstances

• Extended holidays (e.g., Chinese New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival): Shipping delays may occur. Please do not place orders if delays are unacceptable
